Ingredients
1 c. Lowfat Frozen Yogurt1/2 c. skim milk1 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy a low calorie shake that taste like a smoothie. Serves 2.

    I just made this for me and my 3 year old grandson and we love it!! It is a great way to get fruits in a child's diet. I used non fat frozen yogurt instead of low fat and it was great! This will become our go to afternoon treat. Thank you! - 8/26/10
