6 tbsp Butter, salted1 leek , chopped1/2 tsp Ginger Root, grated1 cup chicken breast, cubed3/4 cup almond meal1 Carrot, chopped1 Green Pepper, large (5" long) 1 tsp Pepper, black1 tsp Salt2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped2 cups water1 cup Half and Half Cream
Heat butter, leek and ginger until leek is slightly brown. Add chicken, almond meal, carrots, and pepper and heat until chicken is cooked on a low flame. add cilantro and remove from heat. Cool a few minutes and blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Add water and blend. Return to pan and bring to a boil. Add half and half slowly and simmer 2 minutes.
