4 oz. chicken fajita meat4 mission corn tortillas..thin and soft1/2 cup Borden reduced fat mexican cheese1 cup sliced onions1 cup of thin sliced bell peppers
Cook fajita meat on grill outdoors or in frying pan..Slice meat when done..Grill onions and bell peppers that are already sliced with I can't believe it's butter spray..No caloreies..Cook till they look almost carmelized..Heat a clean skillet and spray with butter spray again..Lay one tortilla in hot skillet and layer meat and onions and peppers and cheese..Then put top corn toritlla and heat till cheese has melted..Put on a plate and slice into wedges..Taste great with a dollup of fat free sour cream..You can also add jalapeno peppers if you like them hot! Enjoy..One serving is one tortilla sandwich..
