Ally's Company Ham Casserole

Ingredients
8 oz Velvetta cheese spread1/4 cup milk2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained3/4 cup mayonnaise (cannot sub fat-free)1 TBSP worcestershire sauce4 cups cooked ham, cubed4 cups elbow macaroni, cooked3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed1 small green pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped1/2-1 cup crushed stuffing mix
Directions
In a large saucepan, cook and stir cheese and milk over low heat until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes until blended. Remove from heat.
Stir in mayo and worcestershire sauce until blended.
Stir in ham, all vegetables, macaroni and stuffing mix.
Transfer to two GREASED 2-1/2 qt baking dishes, or one 9x11 dish (or slightly larger). Sprinkle a little extra stuffing mix over the top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly.
