Spicy Vegetable Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1.5 Cups Vegtable Broth1 oz . low fat yogurt1/8 Peeled Cucumber1/8 Fresh Jalepeno Pepper1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oinion powder2 tblsp Corn Starch
Directions
Makes 1.5 Cups
12 - 1 oz servings - 2 tblspns
Heat vegetable broth - reserving 1/4 cup
Puree vegetables spices and yogurt, add to warming broth.
Mix reserved broth with corn starch
slowly stir into vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Broth will thicken as it boils.
Cool & refrigerate for use on any salad
