Tango Chicken

Ingredients
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts 400ml can of low sodium tomatoes 1 can black beans (rinsed) 2 lge celery stalks diced 1 green pepper diced 1 red or orange pepper diced 1 sm spanish onion chopped/diced1/2 cup frozen corn1jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped fine 1 sm zuccini chopped 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp chili powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepperfresh groud pepper to your taste
Directions
In a large glass baking dish add all freshly cut vegetables and canned tomatoes, rinsed beans, corn,
Stir mixing everything really well.
Place chicken breasts in dish spoon mixture ontop each breast to cover.
Sprinkle with spices cover and bake @ 350* 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with a brown or long-grain rice as a side dish... (ENJOY)
