Shaunas Antioxidant packed granola bars

Ingredients
2.5 cup Steel cut oats1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed1/2 cup Dried cranberries1/4 cup Spelt Flakes1/2 cup Almonds1/4 cup Chia Seeds1/4 cup Goji/Wolf Berries1/2 cup Organic Honey1/3 cup Brown Sugar1 cup High protein healthy cereal
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add sugar and honey at the end. Stir and coat all of it, then pour into a greased/floured pan. Press down to make more compact, so that it all sticks together. I use a big spatula. Set oven to 350 degrees, bake about twenty minutes. Cut after cooled down and at room temperature. I am still trying to work out the best way to get them out of the pan! These are SO incredibly heart healthy !

    What is the serving size.

    For easy removal try lining your pan with parchment paper. You can lift it out and peel the paper off. - 3/24/09

    This amount should make 15 - 18 bars I think they are about the length of my palm. They are very filling though :)
