Raw Meatless Meatloaf

Ingredients
1C walnuts1C sunflower seeds1C almonds2 cloves garlic1/2 C chopped parsley1/2 C chopped celery1C chopped red bell pepper2 T Dulse Flakes (found in health food stores)1T chopped onion2T rosemary1 Jalapeno pepper small1T cumin
Directions
Soak walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds for 1-2 hours. Rinse. Using a Vitamix blend nuts, seeds, and garlic. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Form into loaf dehydrate for 1 hour. Remove and top with raw BBQ sauce or ketchup: (recipes in book), dehydrate for an additional 2-3 hours.

    This is a luxury item not eaten every day. I agree with the fat. You can also eat smaller portions. It is sooo tasty, especially if most of your other food is raw veggies.
