I don't use the mayo, but I just take the cottage cheese, stir in some chopped green onions & then put a dollop of this onto a whole tomato that's been sliced into 1/8's. It's a very pretty presentation & good too. I always use the skim milk cottage cheese & it's low fat, hi protein, calcium & fiber - 12/14/09
