Honey Banana Bread

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1/4 cup Brown Sugar1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder3/4 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg1 cup Mashed very ripe Banana1/3 cup Honey1/4 cup Skim Milk
Combine flour, brown sugar, bakinf powder, baking soda, and nutmeg, and stir too mix well. Add banana, honey, milk, and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Coat an 8x4-inch loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly in pan, and bake at 325F for 45-50 minutes, or just until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven, and let sit for 10 minutes. Invert the loaf onto a wire rack, turn right side up and cool before slicing and serving.
