Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil3 tsp crushed garlic1 can (370 ml) of evaporated skim milk1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp hot sauce2 tsp Cajun seasoning1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup shredded parmesan340 grams cooked peeled shrimp225 grams whole wheat pasta160 grams of frozen chopped spinach
Directions
Saute garlic. Add milk and cajun spice. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in worcestershire and hot sauce, salt and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Simmer 3 minutes. Add shrimp.
Cook pasta. Drain. Add to shrimp mixture. Top with remaining cheese.
Serves 4
