Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
2 bonless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes1 onion, sliced4 stalks of celery, sliced. 5-6 carrots, chopped (1 cup)8 cups water2 pkg Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor
Directions
Place water in a large pot and bring to a boil. Add diced chicken and seasoning package from the Ramen noodles to the water. Simmer on medium for 1 hour. After 1 hour add onion, celery, and carrots. Simmer for about 45 minutes until the carrots are tender. Break up noodles and add to the water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Enjoy.
