Ingredients
250g Mixed Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots125g Can of corn1 Onion2 / 3 tablespoons flour1 cup milkCayenne Pepper425g Tin of Tuna in Springwater
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees cel
Steam vegies and corn until tender
Fry onion
Add flour and milk until consistent sauce
Add Cayenne pepper to this
Drain vegies
Drain tuna
In baking dish, mix vegies, tuna and sauce
If you like add cheese on top or breadcrumbs
Cook until golden brown
