Honey Banana Bread (Low Fat)

Ingredients
1 egg1 c. honey1 1/3 c. mashed banana (about 2)3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. chopped nuts (I used walnuts for the calculation)
Directions
Beat the 1st 3 ingredients together. Mix all dry ingredients except the nuts and add to the wet mixture. Fold in nuts. Using a greased 9x5 bread pan, bake at 350 for 25 minutes and then 30-35 minutes at 300 until toothpick insert in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes and complete cooling on rack. Makes 18 half inch servings.
