Ingredients
1 lb 93-96% ground beef1 medium egg1/2 can water20 saltines, crushed1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soupminced onion, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine ground beef, egg, onion, salt , pepper, crackers. Shape into 6 patties. Brown quickly on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour soup and water over top. Cover with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
