Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
6 oz. chicken breast, cut up6 oz. pork sausage (hot is best)10 oz. mixed gumbo vegetables, frozen1 med. minced garlic clove14 oz. can Fat Free chicken broth14 oz. crushed tomatoes1 Tbsp. flour1-1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
Spray Pam in a soup pot. Cut chicken and sausage into 1" cubes and cook until done, about 10 min. Add veggies and garlic, cook till thawed, about 5 more mins. Blend in flour, then add chicken broth, crushed tomatoes. Cook brown rice and add to soup. Top with scallions if you'd like.
