2 Cups Onion46 Grams McCormick Taco Seasoning46 Grams Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing425 Grams Red Beans425 Grams Pinto Beans432 Grams Kidney Beans622 Grams Shoepeg 566 Grams Rotel Chili Fixin's896 Grams Ground Bison
Saute chopped onions in a pan with the bison until the bison is cooked.
Place mixture in a crock pot add entire contents of following cans, (2) cans Rotel, (2) cans Shoepeg Corn, Kindney, Pinto and Red Beans (1) can each.
Add two packages of Ranch Dressing and two packages of Taco Seasoning.
Stir.
Set Crock pot for (4) hours.
Makes 4058 grams total.
(8) 500 gram servings equals 463 calories.
