Ingredients
* Strawberries, fresh, 3 medium (1-1/4" dia) * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1/4 cup, * Quinoa Flour, 1/2 cup * 365 Rolled Oats, 1 1/4 cup * Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp * Liquid Egg White, 3 large or 3/8 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, .25 cup * Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) * agave nectar, 1/8 cup * *Molasses, blackstrap, 1/8 cup * Grapeseed Oil, 1/3 cup * Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix together wet ingredients separately. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake for 30 min. at 375.
