Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Penne

2 cans of cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)1 - 14.5 oz. box of Heartland Penne noodles7oz. of skinless boneless chicken breast1 large carrot - diced1 large celery stalk - diced1 head of broccoli chopped (1.5 cups)1 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper2 tbsp. of country crock spread1/2 cup of fat free milk
Boil noodles in 1 pan.
Boil chicken in another pan.
Boil broccoli, carrots, and celery in another pan.
When done dice up the chicken. Strain the noodles and vegetables, and mix everything together. Add the rest of the ingredients in 1 large sauce pan and cook on medium low for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir often to keep from scorching. Serve when warm thoroughly. Serve and enjoy! Makes 7 servings.
