3 Small heads romaine lettuce1 bunch parsley1 small celery stalk1 cucumber1/2 bunch radish2 tomatoes1 lemon without skin1-2 garlic cloves1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
Cut the ingredients in half and juice. After juicing sprinkle cayenne, maca or mesquite to taste into your juice. Enjoy.
