Tator Tot Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound of hamburger2 cans 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of 2% milkBag of tator tots (32 oz)salt and pepper
Directions
This makes 9 really large pieces of 12 smaller sized pieces. An adult would be full off of one large piece.

Preheat oven to 350.

1. Season meat (salt and pepper). Brown and drain fat.

2. Place frozen tator tots in 9x13 pan.

3. Spread the meat over the top.

4. Mix the soup with the milk and pour over the top.

5. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until bubbly.

    The first time I made this according to the recipe, and I didn't like it. We tried it again tonight, but I substituted Cream of Celery soup for the Cream of Mushroom. It tasted much better (I'm not a mushroom fan). I will definitely make it again now! - 1/24/11
