Ingredients
1 cup of diced cucumber.75 cup diced tomatoes.5 cup diced red onions2-2.5 tablespoons of olive oil.25 cup balsamic vinegarsalt and peppeer to taste
Directions
1.dice 1 cup of peeled cucumber
2. dice .75 cup tomatoes
3. dice .5 cup red onions
4. mix them all together in a bowl
4. add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
5. add .25 cup balsamic vinegar
6. add salt and pepper to taste (about 1tsp of salt)
7.mix them all together and enjoy!
