Egg wrap

Ingredients
1 large egg1 corn tortilla1 strip of bacon1 tbsp of taco sauce
Directions
Fry up the strip of bacon. Scramble the egg. Warm up the tortilla (I used the microwave to keep it softer). Add egg & bacon to the tortilla and drizzle with taco sauce for an extra little kick.

    I used a multi grain tortilla, finely shredded cheese, and after melting cheese, but before rolling the egg, bacon and cheese, added some romaine lettuce. A hearty and well balanced meal! - 9/3/09
