2 lb. round steak, cut into serving size pieces2 T. flour1 T. light country crock15 oz. can of tomato sauce1 green pepper, diced8 0z. shredded part skim mozzerella1/2 t. dried basil
Dredge pieces of steak in flour, mixed with salt & pepper to taste. Brown lightly in melted light country crock. Once browned, transfer to a 9 X 13 pan. Combine tomato sauce with green pepper and basil. Pour over steak and cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven, uncovered for 10 minutes.
