Chocolate Banana Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup nonfat milk1/4 oz walnuts1/4 oz dark chocolate1 small bananaCrushed ice
Directions
Melt chocolate and blend with milk to make chocolate milk. Add everything but walnuts into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add walnuts and blend slightly to chop to preferred consistancy. Enjoy!

    delicious - but i smashed my walnuts up very small before putting them in, almost to a powder - i don't like smoothies that feel gritty (like when there's raspberries in them). - 3/13/07
