Weight Watchers Zero Points Asian Soup

Ingredients
2 cups bok choy2 cups chinese cabbage (napa)3 cloves garlic1/4 cup fresh ginger root, minced2 cups scallions1 cup canned water chestnuts1/2 cup red peppers, chopped1/4 tsp red pepper flakes6 cups vegetable broth1 cup bean sprouts2 cups snow peas2 tbsp soy sauce1/2 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped.
Directions
Put boy choy, chinese cabbage, garlic, ginger root, water chestnuts, red bell pepper, red pepper flakes and vegetable broth into large soup pot, stir to combine, cover and bring to boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered for 10 minutes. Toss in bean sprouts and snow peas,during last 3-4 minutes of simmering. Add soy sauce and cilantro.
