4 4 oz yellow fin tuna steaks3 Tbsp hoisin sauce1 1/2 Tbsp water4 garlic cloves1 red bell pepper, sliced in thin strips1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
Mix hoisin sauce, water and garlic together. Marinate tuna in sauce for 15 minutes. Place tuna and sauce into a baking dish and layer with pineapple and bell pepper slices. Bake 30 minutes, turn steaks in pan and bake another 10 minutes or until flakey.
