12 oz tilapia3 tbsp. flour3 dash salt3 dash pepper1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
on a plated mix flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
dredge the fish in this mixture being sure to knock off any extra flour.
add oil to fry pan and heat
cook the fish for approx. 7 minutes. being sure to turn halfway thru
