Yummy in My Flat Tummy Soup

Ingredients
1 yellow onion6 cloves garlic2 TB Light Butter1/3 cup flour1 15 oz. can veggie broth28 oz. can crushed tomatoes28 oz. diced tomatoes1 pint fat free half and halfbasil, pepper, oregano, and parsley, to taste5 tomatoes1 package gnocchi
Directions
Dice onion and garlic, saute with cooking spray until translucent. Melt butter into mixture, then stir flour into into it. Pour in broth. Blend just until there are no lumps from flour. Add cans of tomatoes and half and half. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer two hours. Add chopped tomatoes and gnocchi, and continue over low eat until both are soft, about ten minutes. Makes twelve one-cup servings.
