Low Sodium Yummy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") (remove) * Celery, raw, 5 strip (4" long) (remove) * *Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove) * Kidney beans (low sodium), 3.5 serving (remove) * Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 6 serving (remove) * Zucchini, baby, 3 medium (remove)
Directions
Dice up all veggies and add to heated pot. Stir until soft. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, add kidney beans, then lower heat and let simmer for about an hour. Makes (6) 2c servings
