Pork Chop casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. pork chops, boneless4 large potatoes1 large onion1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soupwater
Directions
Brown pork chops, leave in pan. Add sliced potatoes, sliced onion, salt & pepper to taste. Cover with cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water. Cover and cook until potatoes and chops are done. Usually around 20 - 30 minutes.
You can decide how much water. sometimes you may need to add more.
I've also used cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom with roasted garlic.
