1 lb 93% lean ground turkey, browned1 med onion , diced2 TBS chopped garlic 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced1/2 cup zucchini, diced1 (15 oz) can Italian style diced tomatoes, semi-drained1 tsp beef bullion powder1/2 t ea. oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes8oz Mozzarella, low fat part skim, shredded 2 eggs1 cup skim milk1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour
Heat oven to 350 and spray a 13x9 dish. Brown the turkey, adding the veggies towards the end for just a few minutes to saute. Pour into dish and top with cheese. Blend flour, salt, eggs and milk. Pour on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 8 big pieces or up to16 small ones.
