Fennel Apple Jicama salad

Ingredients
Yambean (jicama), 2 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)Fennel, 1 bulb (sliced or grated) Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp (any flavor)slenda, 1 pkgParsley, .25 cup (cop, add more or less to taste)SaltPepper
Directions
grate all apple, jicama, fennel
Add vinegar, spenda, prsley, salt, pepper
Toss and let sit for 15 min.
