Simple Baked Chicken & Artichokes

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast1 can diced tomatoes1 can artichoke hearts, in watergarlic salteverglades seasoning
Pre-heat oven to 375*
Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray, season chicken breasts on both sides and place chicken in pan.
Cover chicken with diced tomatoes. Drain artichoke hearts and if they are whole, quarter them and place evenly over chicken.
Bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
