Deb's Speghetti Pie

Ingredients
6-8 oz whole wheat speghetti1/3 cup grated parmesian cheese1-large jar of marinara sauce with herbs1/2 cup shredded mozzerella cheese2 TBSP EVOO2 eggs, well beaten1/2 - 1 lb ground turkey
Directions
Cook speghetti, drain. Stir in EVOO, parmesian cheese & eggs. Form crust in pie plate with the speghetti mixture. Cook and drain ground turkey, mix marinara sauce with meat after meat has been drained and patted dry with a paper towel. Pour sauce/meat mixture over speghetti crust. Use the amount of sauce to you taste (I used the whole jar). Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and melt under broiler.

Makes about 6-8 pie slices
