1 package of Gimme Lean Sausage (tube)6 Egg whites2 Egg substitute, liquid 1/2 onions sliced 1 tsp minced garlic2 tsp olive oilCooking spraySeasonings (salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash) And any other spices you like!
Mix eggs and cheese set aside. Put oil into skillet and warm once warmed added onion and garlic, cook for a little while then add sausage, cook like you would ground beef, breaking into small pieces. Add seasonings. When sausage mixture is done remove and set aside. Spray skillet with cooking spray, let skillet get hot, add egg mixture, scramble. Once scrambled add sausage mixture. Makes about 5, 1 cup servings. If desired top with a tsp of salsa and a slice of whole wheat toast (not included in calorie count, so remember to add).
