2 Tbsp Olive Oil6 bone-in pork loin chops1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted1/4 cup chicken broth2 cloves, garlic, minced1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dried basil leaves1/4 tsp black pepper6 red potatos, unpeeled, cut into thin slices1 medium onion, sliced1/2 lb carrots2 cups cauliflowerchopped fresh parsley
Makes 6 servings
1. Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Set Aside.
2. Combine soup, broth, garlic, salt, basil, and pepper in slow cooker. Add potatos, onion, carrots, and cauliflower, stirring to coat. Place pork chops on top of veggie mixture. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours. Spinkle with parsley.
