Spicy Black Beans

Ingredients
1t olive oil3 minced garlic cloves1/4 t red pepper flakes29 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained1 C Water
Directions
In medium sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium. Add garlic cloves and red pepper flakes. Cook unitl fragrant, about 1 minute. Add black beans and 1 cup water.

Bring to simmer, cook, covered, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes. Season with coarse salt and cilantro, if desired. Serve immediately.
