Ingredients
1/4 cup Carbalose Flour1 rounded scoop Lean Desserts Cinnamon Protein Powder2 teaspoons Coconut Flour3 Tablespoons Almond Flour1 Tablespoon Rice Flour1 teapsoon Baking Powder1/4 cup plain yogurt1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce3 Tablespoons Splenda 1 eggGlaze:1/2 cup Whey Low Powder1 Tablespoon water
Directions
Mix wet ingredients and add baking soda to dissolve. Add everything else and mix well. Bake in a little donut pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.

Pour a teaspoon of glaze over each donut.
