Italian-style Spaghetti Sauce w/ Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb. Italian-seasoned Ground Turkey1/2 c. each chopped green peppers and onion1 c. sliced mushrooms4 cloves garlic, minced1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 6 oz. can tomato paste1 tsp. each dried basil & oregano1 tsp. SplendaSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground turkey until no longer pink. Chop onions & peppers. Slice mushrooms. Mince garlic. Add all to ground turkey. Add all tomato products. Add dried basil, dried oregano, and Splenda. Salt & pepper to taste.
Simmer for at least 30 minutes, but longer is better.
Makes 6 1-cup servings.
