Ingredients
Pork Chop (2, four (4) oz pieces)Minced Garlic (3 cloves)Green Pepper (whole, chopped)Mushrooms (cup)Shallots (1/4 cup)Diced tomatos (14 oz can)Italian Seasoning (1 tbs)Sugar (4 tsp)Pepper / Salt to taste
Directions
Prepare Pork Chops in Oven by placing them in plastic bag with onion soup mix; shake until pork chops are covered.

Place Pork Chops in oiled cooking sheet after onion mixture has covered pork chops. Place in oven for approximately 35 minutes at 400 degrees (check often to ensure appropriate cooking time based on your oven)

Meanwhile, place together sauce by sauteing the garlic, green pepper, shallots, and seasonings. Once those are translucent. Then add diced tomatoes (entire can with liquid). Simmer.

Pull Pork Chop out, let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Then place in sauce for a few minutes to allow pork chop to soke in the tomato and garlic flavors.

Serve over rice or pasta, or by itself with a good veggie such as green beans.
