1 TBSP canola oil1 med onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)1 lb ground turkey1 C prepared BBQ sauce4 hamburger buns
Makes 4 1/2 C servings
1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring often about 5 minutes
2. Stir in remaining spices; let cool 1 minute
3. Add turkey; cook until no longer pink
4. Stir in BBQ sauce and let simmer until slightly thickned 3-5 minutes
5. Remove from heat. Serve on roll
