dressing:6 T vegenaise1 T pickle relish1 t powdered chicken or veggie base2 t mustardpinch salt and peppersalad:1 box westsoy traditional seitan (cut into smaller chunks)1 c shredded carrot2 medium stalks celery, chopped4 scallions, chopped
Directions
makes about 5 1/2-cup servings

mix salad ingredients together, add dressing, mix more, and enjoy! i prefer pairing it with some of the best multigrain bread ive ever had.
