Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 (12 oz) box jumbo shells2 jars marinara sauce2 (30 oz) containers ricotta cheese1 (8 oz) bag shredded mozzarella1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well2 eggssaltpeppergarlic powder
Directions
Boil shells according to directions, taking care not to overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Separate shells on a cookie sheet with sides to cool and prevent sticking. Mix remaining ingredients (except marinara sauce) in a large bowl. Pour about 1/2 cup of marinara sauce into bottom of 9 x 13 dish and a separate 8x8 (or one very large dish if you prefer). Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of mixture into each shell and place in baking dishes. Pour remaining marinara sauce over, cover with foil and bake at 350 for one hour.
