Chicken Chili Fry

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless about 3 lbsChicken Brest, boneless, skinless about 6 halves1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil6 Bell Peppers any colorHalf a yellow onion2 cloves of Garlic minced4 medium size potatoes skinned4 tbsp curry powder or to taste4 tbsp chili powder or to taste
Directions
Chop up all ingredients including chicken. Brown onion, garlic and spices in olive oil. Add chicken and brown for a few minutes then add chopped and cored peppers, tomatoes and potato and cook down until chicken is very tender and there is a nice soupy sauce from the vegtables.
