Cheesy Hashbrown & Hamburger Skillet bake

1 lb ground venison3 cups hash browns3 tbsp butter3 tbsp flour1/4 tsp ground mustard1 1/2 cups milk6 oz shredded cheese
Brown ground venison.
Add hash browns, cover and stir occasionally on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
In a 2-qt sauce pan, melt butter on medium heat until bubbling ceases.
Add flour and mix for 1 minute.
Add ground mustard and mix and gradually stir in milk.
Stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
Pour cheese sauce over potato-burger mixture and serve.
