Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 leaf, large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained Black Olives, 10 grams Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 0.5 can Swiss Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 tbspCucumber (peeled), 3 slice Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 1 slice
Directions
wash all vegetables and cut into pieces. add some lemon juice and salad vinegar to it.
