: * Split Peas, 0.5 cup (remove) * Pumpkin, cooked, 4 cup, mashed (remove) * Allspice, 1 tsp (remove) * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 50 grams (remove) * Paprika, 1 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
put oil, onion and all spices in the presure cooker, let become brown add washed slipt peas and let cooked for 10 minutes with 2 cups of water, add pumpkin and let cooked for 5 mins and add green beans and other 1/2 cup of water and let cook for another 5-10 mins depending until ready
