1 4 oz. lean pork chop.5 tsp Garlic Powder.5 tsp Onion Powder1 tsp McCormick's GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning
This recipe is for one serving, just multiply the ingredients for more servings.
Mix the onion powder, garlic powder and the Montreal seasonong in a small bowl. Mix the seasonings together. Rub the seasoning on to both sides of the chop. Total prep time 2-3 minutes.
Grill on medium to high heat for 8-12 minutes depending on your preference (rare -well done).
Enjoy with a fresh vegetable of your choice! Only 234 calories.
