Ingredients
.5 cup of Plain Fat free yogurt.5 cup of any unsweetened frozen fruit3/4 c. of flavored soda water(no sodium or sugar)1 packet of sweetener (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredient and blend in a blender and serve immediately.

You can add the sweetener if the drink is to bitter.
